The protection of your data is a high priority for us at CMT and the viewing of the website pages is possible without the disclosure of any personal data.
However, if you would like to gain access to detailed product information regarding prices, receive our newsletters including advice or product offers we will require the disclosure of personal data.

What information are we collecting and how?
We collect your personal data in four different ways through our website which is collected by the CMT website which is hosted by our website company 54 Degrees Design.
- Newsletters – If you would like to receive our newsletter that contains course and consultancy information and company update information that we believe will be of interest to you, we collect your full name and email address that is collected either via the automated popup on our website or via the newsletter sign up link in the footer of our website
- Price Lists – If you would like to receive specific information regarding the prices of services / courses, we sell through our website we will collect your full name and email address via the ‘request a price’ pop up from our website. If you request information on prices we may also send you email communications that include specific product offers or discounts as we believe that this will be of interest to you because you have shown an interest in price related information
- Online contact form– If you complete an online contact form we may collect the following information about you.
- Name address and contact details
- Your date of birth
- If you agree to our general terms and conditions
- Orders – If you make a purchase through our website, we will retain the following information:
- Your full name, contact details, billing address and delivery address details
- What products you have ordered
- Your order history details to include what you have purchased, when how much your order was for
Why is this data being collected and how do we use it?
- Newsletters – we collect this information to be able to send you email communications about our products and services that we believe will be of interest to you
- Price Lists – we collect this information to be able to send you price information specifically about our services.
- Orders – we collect this information to be able to process your online purchase and manage any refund requests associated with that order and in accordance with our terms and conditions

Our website where your personal data is collected is hosted by 54 Degrees Design. All data held by CMT is held on third-party servers that are active and backed up exclusively in the EU and copies held for 30 days. 54 Degrees Design Ltd takes the security of CMT website very seriously and the servers are protected by industry standard security protocols

We use PayPal to process your order payments. All your personal billing data is collected by PayPal and is not retained or accessible by PayPal. We also use PayPal to issue any necessary refunds or collect payments over the phone. If we do collect payments over the phone all your personal billing details are entered directly into our PayPal portal and no credit or debit card information is retained by CMT. Managing your preferences
In any email communication that we send to you, you have the ability to unsubscribe or manage the information that we hold about you.
