Cookies are small pieces of text stored on your device by your browser. Some websites use them for advertising and analytics — ours doesn't. Here's exactly what we use, in full:
What we use
- Session cookie (essential) — used only to keep you signed in to the training portal. Without it, you'd need to log in again on every page. This is strictly necessary for the portal to function, so it's set automatically and isn't covered by the consent banner.
- Cookie consent preference — remembers whether you've accepted or declined this notice, so we don't ask you again on every visit. Stored in your browser's local storage, not as a tracking cookie.
- Google reCAPTCHA (contact form only) — our contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors apart from spam bots. It's only present on that one page, sets its own cookies while you're there, and is provided by Google under Google's own Privacy Policy. This is strictly necessary for the contact form to function, so it's set automatically and isn't covered by the consent banner.
What we don't use
- No analytics or usage-tracking cookies (no Google Analytics or similar)
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No social media tracking (share buttons, social widgets, etc.)
If that ever changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we'll update this page and this banner first.
Managing cookies
You can clear the essential session cookie at any time by signing out of the portal, or by clearing your browser's cookies for this site — you'll simply need to sign in again. You can also browse the site in a private/incognito window, which won't retain the session cookie once closed.
